Surfing at Garristown. Sat & Sun 13th & 14th Aug 2011.

More surfing on Garristown Strand! Again a great hit with our gang and with our visiting cousins! Strangely the kids out battling the waves were roasting, while we adults standing on the beach were frozen and battered by the high winds. Brave attempts all round to tame the mighty seas with outsize ironing boards, but top prize has to go to tiny CaraIosa for her novel and amusing surf-loitering technique. Indeed so much fun was had that we had to do it all again the next day !!
