Neidin became the unlikely base for our group of motley pilots for the weekend, and conversation of winds and faraway places was temporarily swapped for intense discussions on the foibles of aircrew licencing and the merits of fuel injection at higher altitudes. Gerry and Tess joined us for dinner aboard, and Dave's excellently presented steaks would have been most impressive indeed had he not garnished them with chips from the local chip shop. Nonetheless, a great dinner and a great evening all round!!
