Day 2. Waking up in Dunmore East. Sunday 27th March 2011.

Woke up in Dunmore East to find the sun shining and not a cloud in the sky !! Not bad for March! Word was in the Spinnaker Bar last night that we were the first sailboat in this year and, looking around the harbour, it seems about right. It seems such a shame in weather like this ??

Loafing around the harbour in Dunmore East is one of the great pleasures in life and, when I get there, I just don't want to leave. It is so easy to fill a morning doing small jobs aboard and meeting up with familiar faces from last year!

But after breakfast in The Bay Cafe and some entertainment watching Nicky "The Hulk" Power craning a fishing boat down into the water, we decided that there was just nothing for it but to head out into the great blue yonder!
